Helping someone follow Jesus is one of the deepest ways we can love people. Our ATLAS Mentoring Workshops will help you to help others follow Jesus. Some of the topics covered include: - What is the gospel? - What do we mean by "discipling" vs. "mentoring"? - Why do we mentor/disciple? - What do mentors do? - Qualities of an effective mentor - What mentors need to avoid - Common objections to mentoring We do ask that you please wear a mask. NOTE: The workshop will be held online only. There will be no in-person workshop. To have the Zoom link and handout emailed to you, register at www.atlaswcmn.org/event-registration. Attending also does not commit you to becoming a volunteer mentor through ATLAS. The workshop helps prepare you to disciple anyone in your life, whether it's through ATLAS or through any other relationship in your life.
